She w...  Show more My partner and I worked with Kristina to purchase our first home. We were living overseas at the time and Kristina went above and beyond to aid us through the entire process. She would go to the houses we were interested in and send videos and pictures of the house. When we finally had an offer accepted, she made sure all the paperwork was squared away and would go to any appointments on our behalf. After we closed on the house, she helped us coordinate to have some repairs/updates done before we arrived. When we finally made it out to our new home, our household items were still enroute, so Kristina was kind enough to provide us with an air mattress to sleep on when we first arrived. I can't recommend her enough!

Very fun to be around which made the home buying process an enjoyable one. Secondly, when it comes to her knowledge and work ethic - none can compare. We felt extremely supported throughout the process, and she was willing to go the extra mile to help us find what we wanted. Once we found our current home, she did everything in her power to get us a fair price and we could not be happier about that. You will not be disappointed with Kristina. I wish we could buy another house just to spend more time with her!!

She took care of everything from making our place look like million bucks to keeping it spotless and comfortable for showings. Kristina got us multiple competing offers and a contract in one weekend. She got everything done for us long distance, quick and easy, and she was a pleasure to work with in the process. All of this happened after our condo had been languishing on the market for 6 months before we found her, so we know what a difference an excellent realtor can make. Kristina is the best!

We ultimately decided to begin our first homebuying experience and immediately thought of Kristina. At the beginning she was extremely transparent about what to expect and what the market looked like. She took a lot of time with my partner and I to figure out the things that were important for us and curated listings for us that really helped us hone in on the perfect home. Our experience was hindered by COVID-19 but even in the midst of that Kristina worked diligently to help make sure that we found the perfect home, which we did. As a first-time homebuyer I relied on Kristina as a source of information and guidance. I trusted her implicitly and never once felt that she had anything other than our best interest at heart. I never felt pushed into making a decision - in fact sometimes I would be too hasty and she would help ground me on the things that were really important to us. Due in part to COVID-19 our homebuying experience took 8 months from start to finish and she was with it through all of the ups and downs. Kristina used technology to our benefit by setting up a very intuitive mailing list that sent homes to us frequently. She was very available and accessible, more so than I would have anticipated. She is extremely professional and has very good insight into the Denver market that only comes from experience. In addition to all of these traits as a realtor, she is also extremely caring and personable, and I felt like I was working with somebody who genuinely cared about our well-being.
